Rates

Maximum Fares: Drivers may agree to discount rates for trips over 5 miles as long as the meter keeps running:

	Flag Pull (entry):		$2.25
	Each additional mile:		$1.80
	Every 6 minutes of waiting time		$2.00
	Each additional passenger over the age of 12 and under the age of 65		$1.00
	Each additional passenger, after 1st, over the age of 12 and under the age of 65		$0.50

An Airport Departure Tax of $2.00 per trip, not per passenger, is added to trip to and from O'Hare and Midway Airports.

A Gas Surcharge may apply to your fare. If Gas Surcharge is in effect, a sign will be displayed in this taxicab.

Tolls are an extra charge to the passenger.

All fees will appear as an "EXTRA" charge on the taxi meter.

Average fares depending upon traffic conditions:

	O'Hare Airport to Downtown		$40.00 to 45.00
	Midway Airport to Downtown		$30.00 to 35.00
	Downtown to United Center		$12.00 to 15.00

Straight Meter Rates apply to the City of Chicago to/from the airports and the following suburbs:

Four persons maximum-10 minute wait for passengers not traveling together. Prices listed are per person/trip.

Shared rides are available from O'Hare and Midway airports and McCormick Place to anywhere in the designated boundaries:

From O'Hare to Downtown & McCormick Place		$22.00 per person
From Midway to Downtown & McCormick Place		$16.00 per person
From O'Hare to Midway		$35.00 per person
From Midway to O'Hare		$35.00 per person
From McCormick Place to Downtown		$7.00 per person

No extra charge for baggage or credit card use.
